Expect a structured class beginning with warm-ups and mobility, technique drills, pad work, and conditioning. Coaches adapt drills for all levels; sparring is optional and introduced gradually. Wear athletic gear and bring gloves for pad-focused sessions.
Yes — our Intro to Kickboxing free trial lets newcomers experience a full beginner-friendly class safely. It includes warm-up, basic techniques, and coach assessment. Reserve your spot online or contact reception; bring comfortable workout clothes.
Beginner classes require comfortable athletic wear, hand wraps, 12-16oz gloves, and a water bottle. For Muay Thai pad work or sparring, bring shin guards and mouthguard; the gym can loan gloves for first trial sessions.
Progression is guided by coaches and based on consistent attendance, demonstrated technical proficiency, and conditioning. Complete Muay Thai Fundamentals and pad work classes, attend regular sessions, and receive coach assessments; once skills and safety standards are met, you'll be recommended for Level II.
K1 and Dutch classes emphasize aggressive striking and combinations. Beginners can join tailored sessions or observe; instructors scale drills and focus on fundamentals before advanced tactics. We recommend completing fundamentals and introductory classes first to ensure safety and proper technique.
